The Standard is hosting its first ever Tequila Social on Saturday May 4^th 2024 from 4pm to 7pm (3pm entry for VIP’s & ULTRA VIP’s)

If you’re familiar with our popular fall Whiskey Festival, then you know this new Springtime event is going to be a game changer.

Our Tequila Social is more than just a gathering of enthusiasts; it’s an immersive experience that celebrates the craftsmanship and heritage behind this beloved spirit.

From tasting a variety of tequilas to learning about the distillation process, we’ll have all things tequila to offer something for everyone. Come delve into the fascinating world of agave with us and discover what will make it such an unforgettable event.

The Full Experience

There are three main types of tequila: Blanco (unaged), Reposado (aged for 1-12 months), and Añejo (aged for 1-2 years). Each type has a unique flavor profile that can significantly impact your taste buds. Specialty Mezcal brands will also be featured

With over 30 tastings you’ll get a good idea of what you like and how you’d like to drink tequila. We’ll also offer a full bar during the event so you can mix up any tequila you like, as a cocktail.

However, it won’t be ALL about tequila. What’s a tequila event without tacos? That’s right, included in your ticket will be complimentary tacos with beans and rice to help you manage your day and enjoy the event to the fullest.

And what’s a tequila tasting event without some music? We’ll have a DJ spinning up all your favorite hits while you and your friends taste away the afternoon.

**VIP includes 1-hour early admittance and tastings of 12 tequilas not available to general ticket holders. 

***ULTRA VIP packages available for parties of 10 or more. Includes hosted appetizers, and 2 buckets of beer.
